Is there a point to this?

What is with all these fake threats? I mean do people REALLY have that much spare time on them?

I read this on the Tarrant County College Website:

"The TCC Police Department would like to inform our campus community that a barely discernable, small in print, message was found scratched on the stall of a men's room on the second floor of the library at the Northeast Campus. It stated, "There will be a shooting here on April 19th." The Police Department takes all threats and indications that harm may be done seriously. To this end, additional safety and security measures have been activated and will continue as long as deemed appropriate to preserve the safety and security of our campus community."


I mean seriously...can we grow up?
